Ductless heat and air you can see running on our Selah showroom wall before it goes on yours

Family-owned and local. Javier and Lorena Perez opened Eastern Washington's first ductless mini-split showroom on 1st Street, and the same crew installs and services every system across the Yakima Valley.

Your local ductless experts · our wall, then yours

Stand under it, listen to it, then decide.

Wall heads, ceiling cassettes and ducted air handlers are mounted and running in the showroom, so you can hear how quiet they are and see what will hang in your room. Then our crew installs the one you picked, cleans up, and shows you how to run it.

Before you call

What Selah homeowners ask us first.

Still deciding? Read up on ductless vs. traditional or meet the family behind the showroom.

Yes. Our showroom at 311 S 1st St in Selah has Mitsubishi wall units mounted and running. Stop by Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (we close 12 to 1 for lunch), or call (509) 698-2470 to set up a Saturday appointment.

Both have their strengths. Traditional systems are a reliable whole-home choice, especially in larger homes that already have ductwork. Ductless mini-splits suit homes without ducts, room additions and spaces that need their own temperature. We install both, so we will tell you which one fits your house.

Up to eight zones from one outdoor unit, each with its own temperature. An eight-zone system is our most popular option for homes and offices.

The Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps we install use Hyper-Heating INVERTER (H2i) technology, built to keep heating your home even when it is below freezing outside, with Hot-Start so the air comes out warm right away.

Once a year. Indoor units collect dust and grime on the coil and blower, and a unit that has gone years without a cleaning loses efficiency and gets noisy. 509 Mechanical Services, our service department, takes the units apart and cleans them properly.

Ask when we quote. Customers tell us our team walked them through the financing options before they booked.

Utility companies sometimes offer incentives and rebates for ductless heating. Ask us about what is available for your home when we come out to quote.
