From Stockton to Selah, and a showroom of their own.
Javier and Lorena were born and raised in Stockton, California. In 2004 they moved their family to Selah, Washington, for a better life to raise their kids. They were high school sweethearts, they raised two kids who both graduated from Selah High School, and they have shared 23 years of marriage. Living in a tight-knit community, the Perez family looks forward to supporting local sports and giving back in the future, alongside their 509 Ductless team.
For the past 15 years, Javier has worked in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in the hearth and fireplace industry as well. He has worked closely with non-profit organizations to help fit the community’s needs.
Lorena has worked in the banking industry for the past 14 years, partnering with organizations to help educate the valley in financial needs.
